Overview of Role We are looking for a skilled and experienced Account Manager who will be responsible for managing specific customer accounts, ensuring their requirements are met, and driving satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to nurture client relationships to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities: - Manage assigned customer accounts to achieve revenue targets. - Work to optimize pricing strategies and manage YoY rate discussions. - Drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution. - Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and support new client acquisition. - Ensure accurate sales forecasting for managed accounts. - Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall account management processes and efficiency. - The role includes NA and international business travel as required.
