Complies with the mandatory requirements in Section 215.422 F.S. and Chapter 3A-24 Florida Administrative Code regarding prompt payment process of special formula. - Review medical records, determine nutritional care needs and perform WIC Program certifications. - Provides individual nutritional counseling and group nutrition education for the WIC client population. - Provides and coordinates nutritional care for maternity and pediatric clients who are at high nutritional risk according to the WIC Program and other criteria. - Evaluates effectiveness of nutrition services and care. - Perform hemoglobin/hematocrit tests according to FDOH CHD Laboratory Procedure Manual and DHM 150-24 as needed. - Participates in qua...
