JOB SUMMARY: The Quality Assurance Supervisor ensures that all products meet required quality standards through rigorous quality control, laboratory testing, and regulatory compliance. With a strong chemistry and materials science background, this role also contributes to experimental research, new product development, and process improvement. The Supervisor leads QA and lab teams, ensures conformance to standards such as AS9100/ISO9001 and supports R&D activities including conducting experiments and testing prototype materials.
