As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment. Some details about this position: - Shift Expectations: Full time, working 3 - 4 shifts per week, alternating Saturday, off Sundays - Operational Hours: Monday-Saturday 4:00AM-9:30PM, closed Sundays *opening and closing availability is required* - Shifts are usually 10 - 12hrs long, some overtime - No healthcare or dialysis experience is required. - First 9 - 12weeks of employment are spent in hemodialysis training - Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic - Potential to float to various clinics during and after your training Key Responsibilities: - Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care - Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment - Set up and maintain dialysis equipment - Record vital signs and patient data - Educate patients on treatment and...
