Job description

Overview The Warehouse Supervisor oversees and coordinates daily warehouse activities at the assigned warehouse(s) such as ordering, receiving, and storing assigned product groups, while assuring safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, city, state, and federal guidelines. Assigned products may include packaged lubricants, bulk lubricants and/or inventory parts. This supervisor also supports vehicle service and repair and delivers product as needed. Responsibilities: ◦ Coordinate picking, palletizing, and staging of packaged lubricants and inventory items and schedule delivery to BP / LP locations. OR ◦ Order bulk lubricant tanks and tank decals as required, and schedule timely deliveries of bulk lubricants and DEF. - Maintain adequate working inventory of bulk and packaged lubricants. - Rotate stock utilizing FIFO (First In, First Out) - Schedule orders with suppliers and coordinate pickup/delivery with other supervisors and drivers.
