Description Position Title: Engineering Technician: Reports to: Operations Manager: Location: Goodfellow AFB, TX: Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm FLSA Status: Non-Exempt: Position Summary: Aldevra is currently seeking a qualified Engineering Technician to support the 17th Civil Engineer Squadron (17 CES) in Goodfellow AFB, TX. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: - Serve as the Contracting Officer’s technical representative, preparing construction project documents such as estimates for projects, Statement’s of Work (SoW) or Objectives (SoO), inspection and evaluation of construction projects to ensure Contractor compliance with plans, specifications, and phasing, communication and coordination with project stakeholders - Review of technical submissions such as submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs) - Prepare broad drawings and layouts for construction work...
