We’re looking for a Manager Human Resources who is ready to influence leaders, strengthen culture, and drive department strategies that support a high performing organization. This position is based out of our Sioux Falls office. What you’ll do: Reporting to the VP Human Resources, this position will serve as an operational HR partner to leaders and employees throughout the United States, as well as Canada and Mexico, supporting the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. This role leads and/or partners on HR programs including employee relations, performance management, talent processes, compliance, and employee development.
