QUALIFICATIONS: 1. High School graduate or equivalent. 2. Demonstrated competency in skill area as indicated by verifiable training and/or experience. 3. Ability to read and write and to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions. 4. Consistently demonstrates strong communication, accountability and follow through skills. 5. The ability to differentiate quality of donated items. 6. Adaptability to working in various production units – with clothing bank and food pantry. 7. Previous experience working with diverse and vulnerable populations. 8. Ability to drive and maneuver forklift. 9.
