ICF's Disaster Management Division seeks a Project Cost Controller who will support FEMA Public Assistance (PA) and Hazard Mitigation projects with financial reconciliation and project cost accounting for utility infrastructure projects. This full-time position must commute within a two-hour radius of Melville, New York for a hybrid schedule (2 days or more at designated office location and remainder work-from-home). Non-management position . Relocation will not be supported. At this time, ICF is unable to provide employment visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must have permanent work authorization in the U.S. The ideal candidate will be a proven FEMA financial reconciliation expert with a track record of superior execution and growth and will be responsible for ensuring that programs are positioned to optimize disaster grant resource allocation and comply with federal requirements.
