Position SummaryThe Enterprise Account Manager – Mid Market is responsible for leading operational excellence, driving revenue growth, and ensuring consistent support across mid-market enterprise practices.This role serves as the primary operational and relationship management partner for mid-market offices, providing high-quality support across onboarding, training, revenue enablement, data integrity, reporting, and overall client lifecycle operations. The role also contributes directly to revenue expansion through structured outreach, identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and consistent client engagement designed to improve practice performance.This position works cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Compliance, Revenue Operations, Client Success, Billing, Marketing, and Operations teams.
