Overview Edgewater Federal Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. Executive Agile Coach to support our federal client, located in Washington, DC. This is onsite in DC with no remote option. We are only considering candidates that currently reside within a 50 mile radius of D.C. Responsibilities: The Senior Executive Agile Coach is responsible for educating and guiding executives and managers on Agile principles, methodologies, and how to effectively support Agile teams without interference. This role addresses the challenges of matrix management by teaching leadership how to appropriately engage with staff assigned to Agile teams, establish oversight models that provide visibility without micromanagement, and adopt behaviors that enable team success. The Sr. Executive Agile Coach designs and delivers workshops, facilitates executive sessions, and provides both proactive education and reactive guidance when leadership concerns arise.
