This is a builder role. You'll inherit a capable team, a strong culture, and a COO who provides the framework. The design and execution of a modern people function - how we hire, grow, reward, and retain great people across a fully distributed company - is yours to (re)design and implement. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) offering hybrid or fully remote work. We're also open to a reduced schedule of 4 days per week.
