Job description
The Data Analyst, reporting to the Director of Technology and Process Improvement, serves as the critical bridge between raw data and actionable intelligence, ensuring that data quality, integrity, and security align to support decision-making processes across the organization. This role requires a technical expert capable of managing data from CSV exports from our operation platforms, as well as querying complex relational databases to monitor trends and illuminate patterns that shape the future of our service delivery. This role will expand our data capabilities to support smarter operations, improve provider and customer experiences, and accelerate internal automation. Duties and Responsibilities: ● Advanced Reporting & Data Analysis: Leverages expert-level Excel modeling (VBA, Power Query) and SQL database management to architect automated, multi-dimensional dashboards that transform complex operational, financial, and quality KPIs into actionable business intelligence for executive leadership. ● Workflows & Innovation: Partners with cross-functional technical teams to design and document scalable SOPs that integrate automation and approved AI tools into human-centric processes...
