Senior Instructional Designer

Job description

Overview The ideal candidate for this role will work a hybrid schedule (four days on-site and one day remote) from any of our AmTrust office locations. While all locations are acceptable, candidates based in the Eastern or Central time zones are preferred. Responsible for creating innovate and engaging learning solutions that link to key business strategies within the organization. Collaborates with key stakeholders to define learning objectives and measure learning outcomes. Designs and develops learning solutions using various instructional design methods that focus on improving organizational performance. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization. Responsibilities: - Performs learning needs analysis to fully define root cause of learning needs and provide learning strategy solutions to meet the needs. - Partners with company leaders and subject matter experts to identify target audience and learning objectives.
