What you’ll do: - Work with outside architectural firms to create high quality, profitable, Mattamy branded architectural designs for the division - Scheduling, review, tracking and implementation of new, refreshed or re-aligned product design, brochures, and CDs - Review and coordinate architectural drawings to ensure that all working drawings comply with the strict standards and criteria of local building codes and appropriate building techniques and practices - Verify that architectural working drawings correspond with marketing brochures and forward any discrepancies to the appropriate individuals - Lead the division in value engineering of product, which includes gathering in...
