Job description

The Assistant Site Manager helps lead a team of lift truck operators (LTOs), auditors, customer service representatives (CSRs), and supervisors. The Assistant Site Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective functioning of the regional distribution center (RDC), meeting customer requirements, and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist Site Manager with day-to-day operations of the RDC. Help Schedule, assign, and perform various warehousing duties including loading and unloading trucks, put-away, picking, and maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness. - Assist the Site Manager, as requested, with the company's HRIS system to ensure that timecard review and approval is completed for employees and temporary employees in a timely manner. - Assist the Site Manager, as requested, to ensure temporary services receives timecards for temporary employees for payment to their employees. - Lead, motivate, and direct the warehouse staff to deliver best-in-class customer service through operational excellence. - Provide coaching and leadership to all site supervisory and non-supervisory person...
