MDSearch is recruiting a Preventive Health Physician to join a multidisciplinary team at a private precision preventive medicine and integrative health clinic in Etobicoke. Lifestyle Medicine: Develop and enhance skills in lifestyle medicine, motivational interviewing, and Bioidentical Hormone Therapy (BHRT). Training will be provided. Patient Recommendations: Create personalized lifestyle, medical, and integrative health recommendations based on structured examinations, data analysis and extensive use of templates Patient Follow-Up: Ensure patient compliance and satisfaction through secure communication and follow-up processes. Requirements: Medical degree and valid license to practice in Ontario. Experience in primary care, with a strong interest in preventive medicine and integrative health. Familiarity with Accuro EMR and Medeo communication tools is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
