Language Requirement: - English Fluency - Spanish Fluency Certifications: - Required – High school diploma, or equivalent - Preferred – 2-year Associate degree from an accredited program/institution, or two or more years of college-level course work - First aid - CPR - Emergency behavior intervention Work experience: - Required – One (1) year of related experience and/or training - Preferred – Two (2) plus years of related experience and/or training Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables: - Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that apply to this position. - Monitor staffing assignments to ensure the staff-to-child ratio is maintained at all times. - Develop and maintain effective working relationships with personnel on other shifts to promote continuity of care. - Model behaviors and social skills that are consistent with the organization and program policies. - Plan, organize, and supervise activities for children following the daily activity schedule. - Take actions to promote positive interaction between children and encourage children to take respons...
