You'll join a skilled and supportive data team where you'll get hands-on experience working with a modern Databricks-based platform running on AWS. You don't need to have all the answers - but you do need the drive to find them. You'll work alongside experienced engineers who are invested in your growth, contributing to real projects from day one while gradually building your expertise in data engineering.
