IT Quality Assurance Analyst II Job Summary: The Analyst II, IT Quality Assurance role is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. Your keen attention to detail and analytical skills will help maintain high standards of software performance and user satisfaction. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and methodologies, ensuring that our products meet both functional and non-functional requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of software development life cycles, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams. This role will report to the Director of Asset-Compliance-GIS Technologies.
