About The Work: We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. This role focuses on ensuring availability, security, and performance of systems supporting MTY's global operations. Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure & Systems Management including: - Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Windows, Linux, and hybrid cloud environments. - Administer VMware platforms (ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, vMotion). - Assist in managing server workloads in AWS and/or Azure environments. - Maintain server hardware, storage systems (SAN), and networking components. - Perform repairs and maintenance on server, networking, and related hardware. - Ensure systems availability, performance, and capacity planning. Network & Security including: - Support server network infrastructure (NIC, IP Addressing, VPNs, VLANs, routing, load balancing). - Follow and implement security best practices, including Zero Trust principles. - Assist with vulnerability assessments and remediation activities. - Manage user accounts and identity services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy). - Configure and report on aut...
