Job Summary The Procurement Analyst is a key member of the Supply Chain team, responsible for managing assigned commodities, leading indirect purchasing, and driving cost improvement initiatives across the site. This role expands upon existing buyer responsibilities, taking on more strategic sourcing, supplier development, and leadership within the procurement function. Duties/Responsibilties: - Indirect & Commodity Procurement Ownership: Lead procurement activities across indirect spend categories while maintaining direct ownership of fasteners and hardware commodities critical to production. - Cost Savings & PPV Performance: Drive and deliver against defined cost savings and PPV targets through strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, demand management, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Operational Alignment: Partner closely with operations, production, and planning teams to ensure procurement strategies support manufacturing priorities, minimize disruption, and enable on-time delivery performance. - Supplier Development & Vendor Implementation: Identify, qualify, and implement new suppliers to enhance competitiveness, mitigate risk, and improve service levels.
