Job Summary The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall management, supervision and direction of all patient care units, services, and programs within assigned areas. The Director is also responsible for driving, supporting and modeling a service-oriented culture focused on quality, patient safety, service excellence, fiscal responsibility, employee engagement, performance improvement and the overall patient experience. Serves as the link between the leadership and patient care teams. Works under the general supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer.
