Job Description Schedule: Tuesday-Friday Midshift (Weekday Flex Schedule) The Operations Process Training Manager is a seasoned leader with several years of experience leading and developing teams in support of the business strategy in processes, policies, and procedures. The Operations Process Training Manager is responsible to deliver on overall training program executions, driving results through coaching, performance management, and monitoring results. This role will meet financial standards by providing annual budget information, monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions. In this role you will work closely with operations managers and your team of trainers to onboard, develop, and maintain skills and processes amongst current and new team members. You will aid in the activation of all new or updated processes. This will be accomplished through building high performing teams and through ensuring all aspects of the training program are executed.
