Position Overview: The Concrete Laborer position is responsible for performing a range of physical duties on construction sites which include cleaning and preparing the site, loading and unloading materials digging trenches, compacting soil, and assisting other construction workers with various tasks at different on-site plant locations. Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) - Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task. - Properly follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
