Role Overview: AVATR is looking for a Business Development Manager_Europe Region to join our growing team in Munich. This role will drive business development, channel expansion, and strategic partnership growth across the European luxury NEV market, supporting regional sales targets, network build-up, and successful market execution in close collaboration with global headquarters. What You Will Do: - Responsible for business development, channel expansion and partnership acquisition in the European luxury NEV market, achieving regional sales and network targets. - Research European NEV policies, regulations, emissions rules, subsidies, charging standards and competition; formulate and implement regional market strategies. - Develop and manage key partners including dealers, fleet clients, leasing companies and corporate accounts; lead negotiations, contracting and implementation. - Collaborate with global headquarters (product, marketing, legal, supply chain) to drive regional launch, pricing, promotion and after-sales system setup. - Monitor regional performance and competitor dynamics; provide regular business analysis and improvement proposals. - Maintain brand reputation and c...
