Job Requirements: Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in insurance regulatory matters, real estate transactions, and/or financial services regulation with a particular focus on clients in the insurance industry. The associate will support the firm’s title insurance practice in a broad range of matters including regulatory due diligence in connection with insurance entity mergers and acquisitions, state insurance department examinations, applications, and licensing matters, and new product or program development.
