Description The FuelCloud Technician is responsible for the installation and configuration of the Fuel Cloud management system for Great Lakes’ customers, utilizing a well-developed, structured and comprehensive internal training program to ensure organizational standards and technical requirements are followed. Job Responsibilities: - Perform on-site installation, repair and maintenance of the Fuel Cloud fuel management system. - Identify technical issues, calibrate equipment, and implement appropriate solutions to ensure proper equipment function and operation. - Provide support, training and guidance to clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment. - Keep accurate documentation of equipment installations, repairs, and service calls. - Manage, track and stock inventory of replacement parts and equipment for onsite services - Maintain clean and organized work environment both at onsite installations and company locations. - Safely operate and maintain clean and organized company service vehicle. - Perform other duties as assigned.
