Overview The Product Management Specialist supports the delivery and continuous improvement of technology products by assisting with discovery, backlog preparation, documentation, and performance tracking. This role partners closely with Product Management Leads and cross‑functional delivery teams to learn product management fundamentals while contributing to high‑quality execution and stakeholder communication. This position is designed as a developmental role that builds core product management skills, business acumen, and enterprise delivery experience. Scope & Decision Rights: - Supports one or more products or platforms under the direction of a Product Manager I or Product Manager II - Contributes to backlog refinement, documentation, and analysis but does not own final prioritization or roadmap decisions. - Executes defined product management processes and standards; escalates risks, trade‑offs, and decisions to the product owner. - Operates as an individual contributor with no direct reports.
