Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering related field or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in manufacturing. - 8 years of experience in product engineering or development management. - 8 years of experience in people management. - Experience supporting or leading multiple projects and managing engineering team. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field. - Experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Product Engineering for hardware technology and systems. - Ability to work, influence, and resolve conflicts cross-functionally with internal/external partners.
