We are looking for a Kids Club Manager who's reliable, caring and trustworthy to join our Gold's Gym Childcare team. This is the perfect position for someone with great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with children, parents and staff and have prior childcare experience, or similar. Applicants must have a love for taking care of the needs and providing a safe environment to children ranging in age from three months to twelve years of age.Essential Purpose: Lead, coach and train the Kids Club team to provide a safe, fun and active environment for children.Responsibilities: - Care for children in a defined area of the gym for the attending member(s). - Interact with the children in a positive and age appropriate manner. - Organize and participate in recreational and educational activities, such as games, drawing, handicrafts, and reading to children . - Maintain discipline with the children and initiate other measures to control behavior. - Keep security records on individual children ensuring that all children have a registration form on file. - Organize and store toys and mater...
