In this role, you will serve as a vital link between the organization, patients, and insurance companies—helping ensure patients receive timely access to care by facilitating and expediting financial clearance for evaluations and treatment. As a Financial Counselor, you’ll collaborate closely with Admissions, Authorization teams, Clinic staff, Patient Accounting, and Physician Billing, playing a key role in a smooth and positive patient experience. This position offers variety, meaningful interaction, and the opportunity to build strong relationships across departments while maintaining accurate and organized financial clearance records.
