Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer

Job description

Lead Test Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cost-effective test methods and troubleshooting for complex hardware/software systems across all product development and manufacturing phases. Acts as a cross-functional technical expert and team lead, owning test strategies, fixtures, equipment, and protocols for new and existing diagnostic products. Key Responsibilities (Shortened): Lead design, development, and implementation of test hardware, software, fixtures, and equipment; define requirements, specifications, and procedures. Develop deep product and clinical-use understanding; promote product and test knowledge across the organization. Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, prioritize and implement corrective actions to reduce defects and improve test efficiency. Review system-level requirements (HRS, SRS, safety, functional, third-party) and ensure full coverage in system-level testing.
