This role serves as a key point of contact for candidates and employees, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional support throughout the employee lifecycle. The HR Coordinator supports hiring processes, onboarding, benefits inquiries, and HR systems while maintaining compliance, confidentiality, and organizational efficiency.
