Responsibilities: - Review each repair order for compliance with Manufacturer Warranty Policy; - Process all warranty claims timely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines; - Follow up on all warranty rejections timely and resolve issues to obtain payment; - Post all warranty payments as received and address any differences or flag corrections; - Maintain receivable schedule in accordance with Group 1 Automotive Policy and Procedures; and - Other duties, as assigned.
