About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead sustaining and continuous improvement initiatives in our robotics manufacturing facility. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize production processes, troubleshoot assembly and design issues, implement lean manufacturing strategies, and drive innovation in robotic assembly. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and resolve (debug) manufacturing, field, and design issues with focus on electronic assemblies and components, supporting root cause analysis (RCA) and lead corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for nonconformances.Lead sustaining engineering efforts by owning the implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECRs & ECOs) affecting product design, BOMs, and drawings across active product lines....
