This is an existing vacancy that we are actively looking to fill. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and chiller systems across various equipment types - Perform preventive maintenance and service calls to ensure optimal system performance - Work with electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control systems to identify and resolve issues - Communicate effectively with customers regarding system status, repairs, and recommendations - Maintain accurate service documentation and reports for completed work - Operate independently while managing multiple service calls and priorities - Adhere to all safety standards, procedures, and company policies while on-site - 3–5 years of experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment; chiller experience preferred - Valid ODP certification; 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic License considered an asset - Experience with major chiller manufacturers (e.g., Carrier, Trane, York, Daikin, McQuay, Multistack, Sma...
