About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Subrogation Manager to lead and oversee subrogation and recovery efforts across a diverse claims portfolio, including carrier-managed (in-house) claims and TPA-managed claims. This role is responsible for maximizing recoveries, establishing consistent subrogation standards, and ensuring strong governance, performance management, and compliance across internal teams and third-party administrators. The ideal candidate brings deep technical subrogation expertise, proven experience managing TPAs, and the ability to influence outcomes across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
