About the role: The Operations Associate will be a key operator in our Central Operations ecosystem, owning day-to-day execution and continuous improvement across multiple medium-sized initiatives at once.You will learn our tools and workflows quickly, optimize processes and systems at the lowest sustainable cost basis, and ensure work is delivered on time with high accuracy. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable in the details, enjoys working with data, and can pivot seamlessly as priorities shift.
