Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in public affairs. - Experience working on political communications, or technology policy issues within government, think tanks, public interest groups, private sector, or relevant industry associations. Preferred qualifications: - Experience working in Public Affairs within Missouri or Kansas. - Experience developing and executing strategies to deliver exceptional solutions. - Experience working with public policy teams and cross-functional stakeholders. - Ability to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, and operate in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, and operate in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to travel up to 35% of the time as needed.
