Your Role: Gensler’s Houston office is seeking a temporary part-time (20 hours) Resource Library Intern. In this role, you will assist the Regional Resource Director with maintaining the Design Library and enhancing project results through the following responsibilities. What You Will Do: Vendor Relations: Secondary point of contact with all vendors who reach out and visit Gensler, which includes scheduling vendor presentations, weekly breakfast fairs, appointments, events and communicating needs of design teams Update and manage vendor directory: Library Maintenance: Maintain, catalog and organize a Resource Center full of current samples Assist designers in locating materials and information Research products that support our sustainability goals (learn more about the Gensler Cities Climate Challenge (GC3) here ) Sort and file new materials: Ensure all borrowed materials are returned to the library and filed appropriately Ma...
