Description LOCATION: Wayne County Juvenile Detention Facility - Detroit, MI 48211 POSITION SUMMARY: The Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) at the Wayne County Juvenile Detention Center will serve as the lead psychological authority within a secure juvenile detention facility. This role is responsible for conducting advanced psychological assessments, overseeing behavioral intervention strategies, providing crisis evaluation, and delivering clinical consultation across multidisciplinary teams. This position plays a critical role in risk management, stabilization, and treatment planning for court-involved youth while supporting a trauma-informed care environment across custody, clinical, and educational systems.
