The Production departments create personalized gifts for our customers. Manufacturing Associates assist in a production line personalizing each unique gift. Manufacturing Associates will inspect products, load and unload fixtures, may operate machinery, and adhere to all PMall safety guidelines and standards. 1st Shift: 9:00 AM-5:30 PM Pay Rate: $15.00 hourly: Duties and Responsibilities: The expected salary range for this position is $15/hour. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law. - Produce goods in accordance with company guidelines. - Operate Equipment used in various production areas assist in the production process. - Load/unload equipment as needed. - Perform cleaning and minor maintenance on all production equipment within department. - Identify opportunities and recommend ideas for increasing productivity. - Report any quality or equipment issues. - Take direction from supervisor/manager. - Reads and matches item label to customer’s request. - Ability to match colors, words, and products. - Ability to follow instructions and work independently, as well as be a team player. - Assist other departments when needed. - E...
