Our Company Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation: Overview: Speech Language Pathologist (PRN- Flexible Schedule) Location: Everlasting Services Community | Phoenix, Arizona Setting: Neuro Rehabilitation | Rehab Without Walls Program Who We Are Looking For: - Experienced therapist (2+ years) interested in working with a specialized neuro population - Provide 1:1 therapy in assisted living setting with access to on-site gym, outdoor therapeutic spaces, walking paths, gardens, and art rooms - Therapist who values autonomy, creativity in treatment planning , and patient-centered care What You Will Receive: - Flexible PRN schedule – approximately 2 days per week - Paid per Hour (not just per visit) - Opportunity to practice neuro-focused therapy - Collaboration with a multidisciplinary clinical care team Responsibilities: What you will do: Responsibilities listed include but not limited to: - Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans - Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences - Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources -...
