Process Analyst III

Job description

Overview: Improves business processes through data and process analysis to improve efficiency, decrease cost, reduce errors and improve service. Primary Responsibilities: - Interview process subject matter experts (SMEs), process owners and Division managers to understand how their processes work. - Listen to needs of the business partner and consider those needs by asking probing questions until the real need is surfaced and understood. - Document information elicited using analytical tools and techniques such as spreadsheets, pareto charts and process maps. - Read and interpret process data and/or design measurement systems where they do not exist, and provide business partner with insights. - Identify and document opportunities for process automation (e.g. robotics); develop business case. - Combine an understanding of project objectives with thorough process and data analysis to identify meaningful and actionable solutions, including implementation roadmap. - Develop business case and project benefits for discussion with the business. - Manage small-scale process re-engineering efforts. - Facilitate process workshops. - Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory...
