In this role, you'll: Lead the strategic delivery of compulsory land acquisition activities to support major infrastructure projects, ensuring land access is secured in a timely, compliant and ethically sound manner. You’ll provide expert oversight and governance across statutory acquisition processes, balancing legislative requirements, government policy and project delivery priorities. You’ll act as a key advisor to executives, project leaders and government stakeholders on complex and sensitive land acquisition matters, including compensation, disputes and statutory approvals. This role requires sound judgement, strong probity and the ability to navigate competing priorities while maintaining trust and confidence with landowners and stakeholders.
