Test Engineer

Overview Element has an opportunity for an Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the Engineer position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision. The engineer position must be proficient in a number of core business and technical skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures. Salary: $70,000 - $110,000/yr DOE: Responsibilities: - Provide technical and engineering leadership, and supports the development of new technologies within a local laboratory - Be accountable for accurate and timely release of testing data to customers including sign-offs of quality control data as acceptable - Be expected to obtain guidance in non-routine situation testing - Have the ability to oversee standard and/or routine technical problem solving activities - Interact with customers on technical issues and questions - Provide Input and support on business development opportunities with new or existing customers - Be confident in making both formal a...
