About the role The Branch Operations Manager (BOM) plays a pivotal role in ensuring that lawn treatment services are delivered on a timely, effective and efficient basis to the customers serviced by their respective branch. The BOM’s core role is to manage the Lawn Operative’s day to day activities and to enthuse the team with a determination to provide the best service as representatives of the brand.
