We’re seeking a Regional Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue strategy across a dynamic portfolio of hotels in the Nashville market . This role partners closely with Sales and Operations to optimize performance, maximize profitability, and ensure each property is competitively positioned for success. What You’ll Do: - Lead and execute revenue management strategies across a cluster of hotels - Oversee and optimize room inventory, pricing, and distribution strategies - Analyze market trends, competitive sets, seasonality, and business mix to identify opportunities - Conduct weekly strategy calls to review performance, market share, and pricing/restriction strategies - Collaborate with Sales and Operations to align revenue goals with overall business strategy - Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners and market managers - Continuously evaluate performance metrics and recommend data-driven adjustments What You Bring: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economic...
