INNOVIM is seeking a Senior System Test Engineer, who will support verification, validation, and integration activities for space and ground systems that enable advanced sensing and mission operations for national defense. Join our team supporting the Missile Defense Space Enterprise Architecture (MDSEA) within the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. Who We’re Looking For: A mission-focused test engineer with strong technical leadership, deep experience in system-level testing with satellite ground systems, and the ability to coordinate across multiple vendors, engineering teams, and government stakeholders in secure DoD environment. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute system level test strategies, plans, procedures, and verification artifacts. - Provide technical guidance that will be used by MDSEA System Engineers to ensure test standardization and performance targets are met - Coordinate test activities across multiple vendors, engineering teams, Agile groups, and government stakeholders. - Manage the Integrated Master Test Schedule (IMTS) for DT/OT events, integration milestones, and readiness rev...
